YOGA OUTREACH 2023

Kamadhenu Ashram – Colombia

Since the beginning of the centenary year, the ashram has been conducting various Yoga Outreach projects:

• Yoga, music and arts with rural children;
• Online mantra sadhana with a group of yoga teachers in Korea. While it is night in Colombia, the teachers start the day with the chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa;
• Monthly retreats on various aspects of life: living from the heart; taking care of oneself by nurturing the roots; cultivating joy and harmony in relationships.
