Volume 3

Yoga Sadhana Panorama 3The third volume of Yoga Sadhana Panorama presents discourses and satsangs given by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati in 1997 in Mumbai, India; in Aix-les-Bains and Aube, France; and in Slovenia. Covering a broad spectrum of yoga, including philosophy, practice and lifestyle, this book is a valuable source of guidance and teaching for all yogic aspirants.

Topics include awakening the dormant potential of the mind; evolving the awareness through pratyahara, dharana and dhyana (including class practices); health and applied yoga; spiritual life; and karma yoga in Chapter three of the Bhagavad Gita.

“The yoga of the future will be the discovery and management of the mind and personality. When we are at peace with ourselves, positive qualities manifest. This harmony is then projected onto the social environment. Thus a qualitative change in the individual as well as in society becomes possible. Our combined efforts to discover our nature and potential in order to enrich our lives will lead us to see a new dawn for the whole of humanity.”

Volume 4

"Yoga has been defined as union, but before we can experience union we have to connect. Connection is the definition of yoga for the new millennium. Yoga is not taking a different direction. It is the human perception that has to take the appropriate step. Yoga is an experiment to change our perception and convert our understanding into applied wisdom. Yoga gives us the awareness that it is now time to act and take responsibility for ourselves and others."

The fourth volume of Yoga Sadhana Panorama presents discourses and satsangs given by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati in France, Greece, Wales, Spain, Australia and India in 2000, 2001 and 2002. These teachings contain a wealth of information and practical insights relevant to all yogic aspirants seeking guidance and direction in the twenty-first century.

"Yoga aims to improve the quality of life so that we become aware of ourselves and our potentials and begin to live them. The ultimate goal of life is not enlightenment but mind management. When inner harmony is experienced, yoga becomes a lifestyle in which we connect with others in a spirit of service and compassion."
